- Direct buyers of your items
- Appraisers or certified authentication experts
- Responsible for final sale prices, which fluctuate with market demand
2. No Guarantees
- Earnings Estimates: Projected values are opinions only, not guarantees
- Sale Timelines: Items may sell immediately or take months
- Condition Assessments: Our evaluations aren’t professional certifications
3. Third-Party Platforms
When we sell through eBay/Facebook Marketplace/etc.:
- We comply with each platform’s policies
- You’re subject to their terms as well as ours
- We’re not affiliated with these platforms
4. Limitation of Liability
Lettucesell isn’t liable for:
- Items lost/damaged during shipping (insured separately)
- Buyer disputes after transactions complete
- Changes in market value during the selling process
5. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- All items are legally owned and sellable
- Disclosed condition is accurate to your knowledge
- To provide documentation for high-value items when requested
